President, Heartway Corporation

More than 25 years in healthcare operations, from administrator to Vice President of Operations. A two-time recipient of Florida’s Governor’s Gold Seal of Excellence and winner of the Eli Pick Award for quality — placing his facilities among the top 7% of U.S. nursing homes. He holds a Master of Science in Health with an emphasis in Geriatric Management from the University of North Florida.

Suzie Baucom

Suzie Baucom

Regional Director of Operations

Over 18 years in long-term care operations, financial management and regulatory compliance across multiple skilled-nursing facilities. A licensed nursing home administrator, Suzie has served on the Oklahoma Long-Term Care Services & Supports Advisory Board and the LeadingAge Oklahoma Board of Directors. B.A., University of Oklahoma.

Becky Reheard

Regional Director of Operations

An Oklahoma nursing home administrator since 1998, with more than 25 years in long-term care and a decade leading multi-facility operations. Known for compassionate leadership and teams that consistently meet care and quality goals. Educated at the University of Oklahoma — and a proud mother of three and grandmother of nine.

Kim Hubler

Director of Business Development

A native Oklahoman with more than 30 years serving children, adults and seniors across healthcare settings, and two decades building healthcare partnerships and community outreach. He earned his undergraduate degree in Modern Languages and his graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.

Heartway’s volunteer board brings together medicine, ministry, banking, education and decades of senior-care stewardship — including the team behind sister community Buena Vida Estates in Florida.

Founder of International Trading Group and the driving force behind Heartway’s nonprofit stewardship model, including the celebrated turnaround of sister community Buena Vida Estates in Florida. B.S., William & Mary; master’s degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies, Indiana University.

Board Member & Medical Director, Memorial Heights

An Idabel physician in private practice since 1993 and Chief of Staff at McCurtain Memorial Hospital. Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the OSU Center for Health Sciences.

Jan Darby

Jan Darby

Board Member

A retired Reading Specialist who taught in Broken Bow schools for 22 years, and a lifelong Sunday School teacher. Jan continues the board service of her late husband, Pastor Charles “Chuck” Darby of Broken Bow.

Blaine Barton

Board Member

More than 45 years in management, accounting and operations, including guiding sister community Buena Vida Estates through a $32 million expansion. On the Heartway board since 2014. B.S. in Accounting, University of Kentucky.

Lori Baldwin

Board Member

38 years in commercial banking and a longtime nonprofit volunteer. Chairman of the Buena Vida Estates Board of Directors since 2024.

Andrew Sanford

Board Member

Managing partner of ITG’s investment funds, focused on tax-exempt bonds and community assets. B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, Iona College.

Lance Lester

Lance Lester

Board Member

Managing partner at ITG Capital Group, where he has led investment analysis and underwriting since 2010. B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Psychology, University of South Florida.
