Heartway Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. That structure is a promise: we answer to the residents and families in our care and to the communities we serve — not to outside shareholders. Every dollar we steward goes back into our people, our care and our homes.
What began as a calling to care for our neighbors has grown into a family of communities across Oklahoma, each carrying the Heartway name and the standards behind it.

Heartway began in 1987 with a single Oklahoma nursing home and a simple conviction: that our neighbors deserved to grow older with dignity, comfort and care — without leaving the towns and people they loved.
That calling never changed. Over nearly four decades it has grown into a family of communities across Oklahoma, each one keeping the local character its town knows while sharing the same nonprofit mission, clinical standards and the name above the door: Heartway.
For forty years, the team behind Heartway has worked in healthcare finance and restructuring — with a heart for distressed and underserved communities. That experience became a calling: creating nonprofit operators that preserve access to care, first in Florida and then in Oklahoma.
Today, Heartway’s Oklahoma operations team provides experienced management and support to every community in our family — and as new homes join us, our commitment stays the same: stability first, then careful, mission-driven growth.
